loves barbecue but not the "oversmoked", overseasoned, overrubbed,
overcooked kind you get at most places." She prefers quality meats that
are tender and lightly smoked. Houston Barbecue Co. offers just that. She's
eaten there at least 20 times. The smoked chicken is delicious and there is
outdoor dining by the pond. "Most barbecue leaves me with indigestion and
lingers far too long. Houston Barbecue's meats settle in gently and don't leave
any of the unpleasant after effects."
