Parties catered to your location also include:
• A minimum of two Service staff who set up and serve your guests.
• Two-Hours buffet management (Larger parties require more serving time
and we will stay!)
• Serving Dishes and Utensils, to keep your food at the proper temperatures.
• Disposable Dining Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Iced Tea Cups, Toothpicks.
• 45 minutes Travel Time to your location (as computed from Houston Barbecue
Company).
