With over 20 years in the restaurant business, Houston Barbecue Company was taken over in 2014. Here at Houston Barbecue Company, our goal is to produce the finest Central-Texas Barbecue. We also strive to provide an exemplary catering service to the greater Houston area, and to keep the family owned and operated tradition alive. Houston Barbecue Company has experienced many trials throughout its 15+ years of operation but has come out each time better and stronger. Hurricane Harvey devastated the Energy Corridor, flooding Houston Barbecue Company with three feet of water, requiring months of renovation and downtime. Upon reopening, Houston Barbecue Company has been more dedicated and focused on providing a welcoming experience and superior service.
Each morning, well before dawn, the pit master begins smoking meats the old fashioned way- in old school post oak pit smokers. Doing this brings out the tender and smoked flavor Texans love! Alongside our meats, we offer a variety of home-style sides and desserts, which are made in house every morning to compliment any meal.
